We
highly recommend Lisa Rubin as a caterer. She did my daughter's wedding
for over 180 people. It was an outdoor wedding and she worked out of an
old barn. Her staff was friendly and helpful. She set up an elegant
serving area with a personalized stir fry station as well as multiple
salads and other hot dishes. My daughter is vegan, no dairy or meat, and
Lisa put together a varied and delicious meal. She had creative ideas that
fit with the outdoor flower garden theme. |

wanted to express how much I appreciate your work with us. It was more
than the delicious food at the reception. Your advice to Alice when we
first met to keep things in perspective was great and really helped her. I
think that your planning, willingness to come to our home more than once,
attention to detail, coordination of all the rentals, and pleasant and
efficient staff were all part of the package. It was the right blend of
simple yet with touches of sophistication. The Vidalia onions and
strawberries that went with the salmon was the perfect example. Some
guests even referred to it as a feast. |
