Our Three Tiers of Service

1st Tier

Hire a chef - $40.00 per hour for the head ‘honcha’; $30.00 per hour for a sous chef. Three hour minimum please.

Delivery and Design - Have us design your banquet table to please the eye, as well as palate! $50.00 charge.

Use our beautiful serviceware - Baskets, platters, chafers and serving pieces to highlight a theme or room.  $70.00.

2nd Tier

Staffing : Waitstaff are provided for $17.00 per hour / $20.00 for captains or we can work out an all inclusive price for larger affairs.

Rentals: Depending on what the space or home provides and the extent of your needs, rentals can run $2.00 per person for glassware to $15.00 and upwards for full rental needs and then embellishments - overlays, plate chargers, etc.  Consulting/ coordination fee of $150.00 offered when ordering from rental companies.

3rd Tier

All of the above with bar services, wedding cakes and special event styling.  Consultations on tenting, music, florists, valet parking, carriages and special lighting.   Premium service and professional attentive care.
