$27.00 per person when you provide the paper and plastic, or $100 fee if we provide it. Includes a staff of three for a five-hour shift.
$29.00 per person when using reusable plastics that need to be hand washed.
$33.00 per person when client is using china and glassware for their event.  In this case, we include a staff of four for a six-hour shift.
Additional $2.00 per person for any course served plated.
Additional charge for table set-up and break-down.

$18.00 per person for pick-up with no platters or staff.

Co-ordination fees for ordering rentals and/or tents for you are charged separately.
